Returns Information
Fabric and trimmings are cut specifically to your order and are therefore non-returnable for change of mind.
Wallpaper is supplied as a matched batch allocation, and we do not accept partial returns or surplus rolls where the correct product has been supplied.
This is because these items are produced or allocated specifically to fulfil your order and cannot be resold.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
All items must be inspected before cutting, hanging, or installation, as we cannot accept responsibility for faults identified after use where they would have been reasonably apparent beforehand.
