Delivery time frame
We offer free delivery on all orders over £99.00. For orders below this amount, a delivery charge of £6.95 applies.
Most items will include a tracking number, provided via email upon dispatch, so you can easily track your order.
Our current processing time for orders is 2 to 3 working days, with delivery lead times of 1 to 3 working days for Mainland UK and 4 to 7 working days for Northern Ireland and remote areas of the UK.
Please ensure that all address details are correct when placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once the order has been dispatched.
Upon receipt of your delivery, we kindly ask that you inspect the items for any faults or damage. We recommend keeping the original packaging, in case a return is needed

Regrettably, The Cloth Cabin doesn't currently offer shipping outside of the UK
Receiving your order
Most of our orders are dispatched directly from the brands we partner with.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please note that after dispatch, we are unable to make changes to the delivery information or submit special requests to UPS.
If you need assistance, we can only address requests after you have received your items.
Faults or damages
Upon receiving your delivery, we strongly recommend inspecting all items for any faults or damage.
If you notice any issues, please contact us within 3 days so we can address them promptly.
Once a fabric has been cut, we are unable to process claims for faults or damage, so please check your items carefully before cutting. If you find a fault, reach out to us at:info@clothcabin.co.uk.
Can I make amendments to my order?
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and you might need to cancel your order. Because we work quickly to get your order processed, you have a 24-hour window from the time you place your order to let us know if you need to cancel or if you've ordered the wrong product.
After 24 hours, if our supplier has already started their part of the process, we won’t be able to cancel or refund your order. We move fast to ensure you get your items as soon as possible, so we appreciate your understanding on this.
I haven't received my order confirmation.
After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email from us within 2 hours. If you do not receive it, please contact us to ensure your order was placed successfully.
Fabric & Trimming Samples
If you're unsure about any fabric or trimming, our sample service is available to assist you in making a decision.
Samples are priced at £2.00 each, with a maximum of 5 per order. Please be aware that we cannot control the size or specific portion of the pattern you receive, as these are provided directly by our partnered brands. Samples are non-refundable.
Samples are an excellent way to check the fabric's colour in person, as there may be slight variations between the images on our website and the actual fabric due to differences in fabric printing and screen displays.
Can I Get My Order Processed Quicker?
Regrettably we don't offer an express delivery service.
Orders paid for through Paypal, allows us to get an order processed straight away as transaction are actioned quicker than standard payments.
The benefit is also the added protections as a customer that are offered by Paypal.
Can I return my Fabric or Passementerie
Due to the custom nature of fabric and trimmings, which are cut specifically to your order, we are unable to accept returns on these items.
However, if there is a fault or damage, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with our partnered brands to arrange a replacement if necessary.
Faulty or incorrect items
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, but if you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, we’re here to help.
When you receive your fabric, please inspect the entire length of it carefully for any faults or flaws before cutting or altering it in any way. If you do find an issue, you must notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, if the fabric has been cut or altered, we won’t be able to accept notification of a fault. This helps us address any issues promptly and ensures that we can provide you with the best possible service.
If there’s a problem, just get in touch, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
How do I process a return
To request a return, please contact us, and we will review your request within 24 hours and provide the next steps.
Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and we highly recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains under your responsibility until we have received it
Do you offer exchanges
Regrettably, The Cloth Cabin does not offer an exchange service.
